Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cucumbers peeled, seeded, cut in 1/2 and cut into 1 inch pieces (See photo above)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

Sauce

  • 1 1/2 ounce Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients, soy sauce, white vinegar and sesame oil. Mix well with a whisk.

  • Place prepare cucumbers in a large bowl.

  • Pour sauce over cucumbers. Toss to evenly coat.

  • Evenly sprinkle sesame seeds over top.

  • Serve.
