I have mixed reviews about this place because most of the time I get a really good experience. But this last time I had some problems. The person I got he half assed the nail process he saw he got acrylic around the bottom gooped up and he didn't do anything about it. He wasn't quite into giving me the best care or the best quality nail experience. It was like he was in a rush to get out of there. $70 for it all. The people are usually all very sweet. Maybe it was an off day, but that shouldn't mean I walk out not happy with my nails.

Maybe the worst nail experience of my life...made an appointment for a french acrylic manicure, which they said they happily had time for. I also specified that because my natural nails were pretty short right now i'd like a shorter acrylic. When he gave me long nails & I asked him to cut down he rolled his eyes and sort of growled at me. Later into the manicure I politely asked if he could make the french tip skinnier (while the paint was still wet), he then proceeded to yell "YOU SHOULDVE SAID SOMETHING SOONER" across the 1ft nail table and in front of the entire nail salon at me. Everyone looked at us and stayed silent until close and it was the most uncomfortable nail experience i've had. I wish I could give this place zero stars because clearly they don't care what the customer wants on their nails. They do have a good variety of colors, but at this point I'd rather buy my own and take it to a different salon so I can leave with the nails i like!

They were able to get me in the same day. All my nails look great, great service, and all around happy. I didn't like my first color and Kitty was happy to go through until I found one I liked. She treated me well and did a great job on my nails - nice shape, nail bed was completely covered, and no polish except where it should be.

What a wonderful experience! This place is so cute, first off. I love the way they have it decorated and laid out. Secondly, everyone was very kind and helpful. I had a mani and a pedi done and started with the mani with Jerry (sorry if that's not how you spell your name!). He did a great job and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, he was kind and very willing to file the nails a bit more when I asked. (I'm a firm believer that if you don't voice what you want and how you want it to look, the end result is on you.) As I was waiting for that to dry, I got to witness one of the pedicure gals dote on an elderly lady who had come in for a pedicure. She sweetly fixed the polish on a messed up toenail and it was such a touching sight. I ended up working with the same gal for my pedicure (I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get her name) and she fixed an awful ridge in my big toe nails. The last place I went to didn't do a thing about it but she got it to where I can hardly tell there's any problem there now. Both folks who worked with me did such an amazing job! I'll definitely be going back here!!!
