Previously... on Love Island...
- Danica elected to recouple with an unhappy Luca, before having a one-to-one with Davide
- Remi was dumped from the island after the recoupling
- Luca decided to sleep in the lounge though Gemma stayed in the bedroom with Davide
- Ekin-Su apologised to Davide for lying to him; he stated, when asked, that he did not care for her anymore
- Danica and Luca went on a beach date, before she got to know Jacques and Ikenna better
- Dami told Jay that he was open to exploring a relationship with Indiyah, but did not want to rock the boat
