    We meet the shy Boxfish hiding in the reefs near Australia. She explains their unconventional shapes, sizes and what they like to eat. Despite her peaceful nature, she still has all sorts of creatures after her - so it's a good thing she's got her poison to protect her.

    Giant Clam explains what they eat that help them to grow from being very tiny clams to giant ones. They also have a very effective defense mechanism that has helped them to live for up to 100 years

  • S01E03 I'm an Angler Fish

    We meet the Angler Fish who lives in the deepest, darkest parts of the ocean. She shows us how they're the only ones who catch food using a bright Lure which hangs from the top of their spine.

  • S01E04 I'm a Jellyfish

    Jellyfish shows us how they catch their prey and fend off predators using their stinging tentacles and can see their food after they eat it because of their see-through bodies.

  • S01E05 I'm a Goldfish

    We meet Goldfish in his tank, where he shows us where he came from and he explains their three month memory and unique ability to see in colour. Goldfish explains they are social animals who love much bigger spaces.

  • S01E06 I'm a Lion Fish

    The aggressive and pushy Lionfish shows us what he's made of and why few fish would dare to mess with them and to those that would, he's a kitten.

  • S01E07 I'm a Sawfish

    The Sawfish wakes up from his sleep to show us all of the uses for his saw shaped nose, including; catching food, digging and defending himself.

  • S01E08 I'm a Butterfly Fish

    The Butterfly fish takes some time out from being seriously good looking to tell us all about how they peck at coral with their long snouts for food and how he uses these good looks to confuse and camouflage himself to evade predators.

  • S01E09 I'm a Crab

    In this episode Crab sideways walks in to tell us that there are nearly four thousand species of crab like him coming from far and wide and living in both the water and on land.

  • S01E10 I'm a Catfish

    At the bottom of the river we meet the Catfish who ,with his bony, flat head, is a very successful bottom feeder.

  • S01E11 I'm a Piranha

    In the waters of South America we meet the misunderstood Piranha who explains that they are more than just scary monsters as the films make them out to be.

  • S01E12 I'm a Mudskipper

    • ABC (AU)

    Mudskipper is determined to make sure everyone knows he is a fish. He show us how their bodies are designed for them to breath outside of the water and how their arms allow them to sip along the shore.

  • S01E13 I'm a Frogfish

    The tropical Frogfish shows us how they walk across the sea floor and what they do to stay out of harms way.

  • S01E14 I'm a Pineapple Fish

    The nocturnal Pineapple fish shows us how they glow in the dark to attract their pray and also to communicate with other pineapple fish.

  • S01E15 I'm a Stingray

    The shy Stingray shows us how she hides to catch her food. She tells us that they are related to sharks but very different all the same.

  • S01E16 I'm an Eel

    The fast swimming European Eel tells us about their journey from the Atlantic Ocean to European rivers where they stay until they are big enough to return to the sea.

  • S01E17 I'm a Pufferfish

    They may look small but Pufferfish are actually pretty tough. Nobody should try to eat them as they are one of the most poisonous fish in the sea and they have a few other tricks up their...fins...

  • S01E18 I'm an Octopus

    We meet Octopus who explains that they are really smart and that they have very good senses. They use their ink cloud to defend themselves and distract preditors who want to eat them.

  • S01E19 I'm a Blue Whale

    We meet the largest and loudest creature in the sea The Blue Whale. Although they're as large as 3 busses they're still indangered but can live for up to 90 years.

  • S01E20 I'm a Cave Fish

    In the deep, dark caves of the world we find the Cave Fish who may live in a cave and have no eyes but they can sense light and smell food nearby even in complete darkness.

  • S01E21 I'm an Oyster

    The Oyster shows us how their shape forms and how they produce pearls from their slimey mother of pearl.

  • S01E22 I'm a Salmon

    The Salmon loves to travel. She explains their long journey growing from tiny tadpoles to adult fish making the journey back upstream themselves to lay eggs of their own.

  • S01E23 I'm a Sailfish

    Sailfish explains how they swim so fast and how they put up a fight agains preditors, especially humans.

  • S01E24 I'm a Seahorse

    The Seahorse shows us his romantic side and explains how he dances for days when he meets his partner and carries his babies until they are born.

    In Australia we meet the friendly Rainbow fish who tells us that they are schooling fish and that their colours become brighter when they are with their friends.

    The playful dolphin is one of the cleverist animals on the planet although they have to be really careful when they come up for air to say out of the way of Humans.

    The Sardine loves to swish their fins from sea to sea but they have to travel with friends in a school to potect them from predators and Humans.

  • S01E28 I'm a Shark

    The Shark shows us they're harmless to Humans...mostly, but their excellent sense of smell helps them find other food sources to use their many rows of sharp teeth on.

  • S01E29 I'm a Sea Angel Fish

    The elegant and grasceful Sea Angel Fish is a fast swimmer which would be useful in getting away if their sticky coating didn't already keep away predators.

  • S01E30 I'm a Triggerfish

    The spiny Triggerfish uses their two spines to keep away from predators and their sharp teeth to attack anyone who dares to enter their territory.

  • S01E31 I'm a Red Lipped Batfish

    The Red Lipped Batfish likes to dangle their lure to attract their dinner to them; they can't really swim but they'll cha cha cha their way along the sea floor with the use of their fins.

    The sneaky Sheepshead Fish likes to use his sharp teeth to munch on several ocean creatures and to steal the bait off of fishing hooks.

    The territorial Garibaldi Fish lets us into his home to see his tidy nest full of eggs and to tell us how he got his mate through his tidiness and mating dance.

    The speedy Tuna fish introduces us to a variety of her tuna friends and shows us what they like to eat. Even Tuna have to be careful as are hunted buy bigger preditors and humans.

    The Cuttlefish reveals to us how they hide from others by changing their color and if that doesn't work how they squirt ink to get away. Their unique bodies also help them catch prey that are further up.

    The sporty Football Fish shows us how they lure in food and lets us take a peak at their personal life with their much smaller mate.

  • S01E42 I'm a Shrip

    The Tiny Shrimp shows off some amazing abilities to escape danger and to communicate with their friends.

    The warm hearted Moon Fish shows us that they can dive much deeper than any other fish and it's all thanks to this warm heart.

    We meet the Koi Fish swimming around a shallow pond cared for by Humans who want them for good fortune, but their good fortune won't save them from the cats and birds.

    The Parrot Fish is the gardener of the ocean they clean the coral reef and try to keep it all nice and healthy.

  • S01E46 I'm a Killer Whale

    The matriarch of her family the Killer Whale is no whale but an orca who swims around in a pod and and can find their food by using echo sounding.

    The daring Swordfish displays his skills with his sword like nose against his enemies small and large.

  • S01E48 I'm a Californian Halibut

    In the warm shallow waters of the West Coast of America we meet the Halibut and he shows us that they have both eyes on the camouflaged side of the body, the better to see above while they hide in the sand.

    The Lobster shows off their large claws, speedy swimming, and good smell to make up for their poor eye sight for when they find themsevles in a pinch.

  • S01E50 I'm a Squid

    The Squid tells us all about how they get around using propulsion, how they communicate with other squids and how they are very placid animals unless you get between a Squid and its dinner!

  • S01E51 I'm a Cookie Cutter Shark

    The Cookie Cutter Shark will eat anything and he has light emitting organs to look like smaller fish to lure any prospective fish so he can feast on them.

  • S01E52 I'm a Blue Dragon Fish

    The strange Blue Dragon Fish uses the colors of its' body to hide from predators above and below.
