Belmont
Citrus Hills Florida

Belmont is one of three gated communities in the Villages of Citrus Hills with an electronic gate. With its iconic steeple at the gate Belmont is equestrian themed with triple split rail fences throughout the community. Belmont is one of the Citrus Hills Villages where lots vary in size from a half an acre to just over an acre. Belmont is the most eastern neighborhood in the Villages of Citrus Hills and is adjacent to the Gulf to Lake Highway and closest to Walmart and Lowes.

Brentwood
Citrus Hills Florida

Brentwood is the second of the Citrus Hills Villages that is gated (automatic). Brentwood is located on the north side of the 486 Hwy. Almost all homes are care-free and are situated on lots less than a quarter of an acre. Brentwood has a community pool, hot tub, work out area, as well as a 9 hole golf course. Fences are not allowed in maintenance free homes unless you are grandfathered in or having a new home built. Brentwood is located in the city of Lecanto. Most homes have a mandatory social membership. Brentwood is a Citrus Hills Village that offers a care-free lifestyle.

Canterbury Lakes
Citrus Hills Florida

The village of Canterbury Lakes is the most easterly of the Citrus Hills villages. Lots are generally a quarter of an acre. There is a Canterbury Lakes community center and pool. The lakes in Canterbury Lakes were formed when old phosphate mines filled in with rain water. Some lots are located above the lakes. Canterbury Lakes is located in the City of Hernando. Only 2 Fur bearring pets allowed. Canterbury Lakes is the only Citrus Hills Village offering on RV storage in the community. (RV and Boat storage is extra and the lot is privately owned) You must be a resident of Canterbury lakes to use it.

Cambridge Greens
Citrus Hills Florida

Cambridge Greens is located south of the 486 (Norvell Bryant). It is comprised of half acre lots and up. Lots are more wooded. There are 288 lots in Cambridge Greens of the Villages of Citrus Hills. Cambridge Green is the first Citrus Hills Village to go through a mandatory septic to sewer conversion. Please see the Cambridge Greens Sewer Project button.

Celina Hills

Celina Hills is the most easterly community of the Citrus Hills Villages, south of the 486 (Norvell Bryant/). Celina Hills is one of the Citrus Hills Villages that has one quarter acre lots and up.

Citrus Hills, Citrus Hills Fl

Citrus Hills was the first of the Citrus Hills villages in The Villages of Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club. It is where the original amenities were located and is the heart of the community. The Oaks and Meadows golf courses weave throughout Citrus Hills. The Tiki Bar is located in Citrus Hills, along with the Grille, Prima Vita fitness center, the Oaks and Meadows golf courses and pro shop. Northridge and Lexington are now included in Citrus Hills. Lot sizes are generally one half acre. Many lots are one the golf course.

Clearview Estates
Citrus Hills Florida

Clearview Estates is located less than one mile from the Tiki bar and is comprised of estate homes on one acre lots. Clearview Estates is the only one of the Citrus Hills Villages that has equestrian trails running through it. Three miles of equestrian riding trails wind through the community, marked by white split rail fencing. A privately owned horse stable is connected to the trail. Natural gas is available for most homes. Homes have public water and septic. Some homes have wells for irrigation. Clearview Estates is one of my favorite Citrus Hills Villages because of the white split rail fences that line the equestrian trail.

Emerald Estates

Emerald Estates is one of the most southwesterly Citrus Hills Villages located in Citrus Hills Florida. This idyllic community offers its residents a tranquil lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty and the convenience of being close to amenities. Residents of Emerald Estates with a deeded social membership enjoy access to the Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club, four swimming pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. This Citrus Hills village also features a variety of home styles and prices, making it the perfect choice for all types of buyers.

Fairview Estates
Citrus Hills Florida

Fairview Estates is the most northern of all the Citrus Hills Villages. This highly desirable community is ideally located on the north side of the 486, just minutes from the lively downtown Inverness. Residents of Fairview Estates with a deeded social membership, enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in a picturesque landscape, as well as access to the many amenities Citrus Hills Villages have to offer.

Fox Run

Lots in Fox Run of The Villages of Citrus Hills are one acre and up. Fox Run is one of the Citrus Hills villages with larger wooded lots. These wooded lots give you natural privacy and a more country feel.

Hampton Hills

It's like going to the Hamptons with large estate homes, and wooded lots. Hampton Hills in the Villages of Citrus Hills is one of the premier areas outside of Terra Vista. Hampton Hills is one of the Citrus Hills villages with one acre lots.

Kensington Estates

Kensington Estates has no POA's, HOA's or Deed Restrictions. Kensington Estates is one of the Citrus Hills Villages with lot sizes of one acre. Kensington Estates is located south of the 486 Hwy (Norvell Bryant Hwy)

Presidential Estates

Presidential Estates is one of the most highly sought after Citrus Hills Villages because it has no mandatory HOA fees AND NO DEED RESTRICTIONS. Presidential estates has a voluntary POA which is $30 annually. Presidential Estates isone of the Citrus Hills Villages comprised of homes on one acre lots and is located North of the 486 Hwy, (Norvell Bryant). There are no deed restrictions. It is 1 of 2 commuities where you can park a boat or RV in the driveway. Some homes have social memberships.

Terra Vista

There are 5 Gated Communities within Terra Vista

Griffin View is a gated community within Terra Vista. Griffin View has its own deed Restrictions and HOA fees on top of the Terra Vista fees and Social membership.

Hall's Reserve is an age restricted gated community within Terra Vista.

Nash Crossing is a gated 55 plus community. Nash Crossing has its own deed restrictions and HOA fees on top of the Terra Vista fees and social membership.

Robert's Ridge is located across from Skyview golf and tennis pavillion. It is a gated non age restricted community within Terra Vista of Citrus Hills.

Bellamy Ridge is Gated, but not age restricted.

Davis Reserve Coming Soon

Soon to be added to the Citrus Hills Villages will be Davis Reserve. Davis Reserve will be a 400 villa development with a Resort- style three tiered pool, outdoor dining and a Cabana bar. Davis Reserve will have a 24/7 manned security gate and guard.
