I've been here several times and it's always very clean, they are prompt, and mynails last longer when Ihave them done here (versus other places inthe area).

ok, soI type all year long and like totreat myself toa full set and pedicure for the winter break just asa treat tomyself. And since myfavorite local salon changed ownership imight aswell try this new place right? This was not good. Iwent infor amani/pedi including afull set and gel polish (the default polish they display). Lets start with the cost: Iwas charged 45for afull set which was fine with anadded charge for gel which again Iguess isfine, but then Iwas charged anadditional FIFTEEN DOLLARS for length…ona.5” full acrylicset. afull set bydefinition isa nail extension and mynails were nolonger than ahalf inch beyond mynatural nail sowhat sense does acharge for length make? Iended uppaying $70plus tip for anextremely basic, solid color, 1/2inch full set which was problem 1and onits own enough for meto not return. Moving onto the experience itself: After checking inI was directed toa seat very quickly and told Iwould behelped soon. Isat inthat chair for 45minutes waiting for the person they told mewould bewith mein 1minute. Then anemployee who was not mymanicurist started working onmy nails with the buffer drill???? Instead ofpushing mycuticles back hejust started grinding mynails and mycuticles??????????????? Iasked about itbut hesaid hewas just starting for mymanicurist and then she came and finished the odd job hewas doing ihave never inmy life seen anything like that but ididnt want tobe abother soi let itgo (and guess who's nails looked aweek grown out the very next day because their cuticles were never properly pushed during their $70manicure:]). Moving onto the service, mymanicurist was very distracted whenever anyone would walk byso she put 2of mynails onso crooked that they hurt for 3days after while mynatural nail adjusted tobeing pulled up/sideways. Ipointed the nails out and was told she'd straighten them during filing but Ishould have insisted she redo them which ismy fault. Afull hour and 50minutes after Ientered, she finished mybasic one-color nails and directed meto the counter soI couldpay. Everyone involved had completely forgotten about mypedicure even though itwas onthe printed ticket they took toring meup, and Iwas more than excited toget the hell out ofthere. Will absolutely not bereturning back under any circ*mstances. Iended upgetting the pedicure over atNail Story bythe 5guys and Ihighly recommend them.… – show

I will not return. Mylast service was horrible. Ifyou don’t upgrade your pedicure expect itto only last 15minutes and toleave with dry uncut cuticles. Mygel manicure wasdry. Iam not sure what isincluded inthe $35fee. Mynails were chipped and peeling 4days later. Ileft with dry cuticles onmy fingers and toes. After paying $90. Iwill belooking for anew place.

I decided ona whim totreat myself toa basic mani/pedi for the upcoming holiday. Iwalked inthis morning and everyone was sofriendly!! The place isbright and clean, and the technician that took care ofme did afantasticjob. While this kind oftreat isn’t cheap, Ifeel that itwas money well spent, and Iwalked out relaxed with beautiful nails. Iwill definitely return!!

The nail tech did anAMAZING job replicating afrench manicure Pinterest picture. Love the final look and ittook only about anhour and 15minutes! Was just alittle surprised everything was anup charge: $15for gel ontop ofacrylic, $10for french manicure, and $5for specialty shape (almond). Overall great experience!

My friend and Iwent toget gel manicures. They rushed and didn’t speak tous. They left sharp pieces ofthe gel onour nails. Air bubbles inthe polish. First time wewent there Ihad said something and they didn’t even fix itor refundus.

Today Ipicked anew place! I’m soglad Idid! The place isclean and everyone was nice. Sophia did mynails and Ilove the way she took her time with the filing. Happy hechairs for the pedicure and socomfy! Great experience.

I was there for over 3hours. When they asked what style and color Iwanted the lady who ask put myname tag down and simply left for 30—45minutes. The lady who started todo mynails took forever. One guy took mycolor and put itup and she replaced itwith the color itis not supposed tobe. Iwas the last person toleave this place after 3hours soslow and awful service. When asanyone Istarted tosay Ihad been here for over 3hours they started tocall methe “mean girl” 0/10donot go ifyou have plans later inthe night.… – show
