Haven’t been in since covid, the remodeled since then and it looks great! My nail tech was very friendly and accommodated my request for a neck and shoulder massage that I didn’t request in the beginning. This is the best nail salon in San Clemente. I had been loyal to another salon for years when I tried this place with the intention of returning to my regular salon next time. However, the cleanliness, professionalism, and service I received has made this my new regular salon. I booked a manicure / pedicure for 4 individuals three weeks before the appointment. The one star goes for the online booking system. One of the individuals with us was getting married the next day and so our day was packed with pre wedding activities. When we arrived we checked in and that’s when the confusion began. They asked us to come back in a few hours when they weren’t busy. They asked us if we were a party of 7, we weren’t. I explained that I made the appt a few weeks prior and we were on a tight timeline given the wedding. They told us to wait for awhile and we just didn’t have time. We called another salon and they took us with open arms ( telaga salon – HIGHLY RECOMENDED! )
